Put your categories in your menu
An assistant offers the categories you feature in your store navigation. If your menu only links to a general products page, it can still search, but it cannot offer your categories by name. Add them in Themes > Menus.
Keep your catalogue tidy
Clear product names, real stock numbers and filled-in options are what an assistant reads to decide what to suggest. The same things that help a shopper help an agent.
